Location: 165 Charles Street is located in the West Village, only one block from Hudson River Park. The area is full of great cafes, restaurants, and shops. Subway transportation is a few blocks away from these “off grid” style streets.

Exterior: The building is a 16 story glass and metal building with 31 residences. Richard Meir's designs seek to integrate style, sophistication, and culture, three things 165 Charles Street definitely has.

Interior: The same care and planning that has gone into the design of the outside is also prevalent on the inside as well. Humidity control is available for art collectors. Top-notch appliances and materials were used to create luxurious and aesthetically appealing residences. Two of the developers are even reserving units for themselves.

Amenities: It's no surprise that amenities for this building are plentiful. A fitness center with an infinity-edge pool, screening room, and even individual wine storage all add the the quality of life at 165 Charles Street.
